NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

Here at three + co, if an item needs to be returned we will offer store credit ONLY. The item(s) have to be returned within 14 business days from the date on your receipt. After that time period, items will NOT receive store credit.

Please use proper packaging when sending back your items. Also be sure to include the packing slip that came with your item. When we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for us to process it. Once we have processed your return, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Returned items will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition. 

NEED TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email shopthreeandcompany@gmail.com with your name, new size/color, and the invoice number. We will email you back within 2 business days to verify if we have that size/color. If we do, we ask you send the wrong size/color item back and we will ship the correct item once we receive your item. 

ITEM DAMAGED?

Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your item. We ask you email us at shopthreeandcompany@gmail.com and send us photos of the damaged product.
